Q1: What should I do if the cooler doesn't display the temperature after installing the software?
I. Preliminary inspection
1. The cable for display, connect to USB 2.0 port right and tightly on MB?

2. Download software from the official Ocypus website:

3. Click Ocypus Logo in bottom right on PC screen, whether it shows 1 device?
**If 1 means the right installation for Ocypus digital software.
**If 0 means the wrong installation for Ocypus digital software.

4. Meanwhile“ON”and“CPU”is opened(golden color means opened)

II. If the device still cannot be displayed correctly, please assist in checking the question:

1. Uninstall the software, close the antivirus software, then download the newest Ocypus software from website again.

2.Add the installation folder to the exclusions and whitelisting the application in Windows Defender.

III. If the device still cannot be displayed correctly, please assist in checking the following questions:

Q4: I don't want to use the digital display function, nor do I wish to download any software. How can I prevent the automatic pop-up prompting to download the software?
In such cases, simply disconnect the USB cable connecting the cooler to the motherboard, and that will do the trick.
